NETWORK RULES

Staff members are entrusted with maintaining the integrity, safety, and fairness of the server. As representatives of the server’s leadership, their decisions regarding punishments are considered final. While players are encouraged to appeal decisions through appropriate channels if they believe a mistake has been made, staff decisions regarding punishments can be based off their judgement vs strict punishment path. Disrespecting staff, arguing in public channels, or attempting to undermine their authority will not be tolerated as we try to be as fair as possible.

Furthermore, any actions aimed at deliberately disrupting the server, such as provoking staff, causing drama, or inciting others to break rules, will result in strict punishments due to the server’s zero-tolerance policy for such behavior. The community’s safety and enjoyment are our highest priority, and we expect all players to contribute positively to the environment.

MINOR PUNISHMENT RULES

Minor offenses are lesser infractions that disrupt the general flow of chat or basic server conduct but do not cause direct harm to other players. Any punishments under this section can be appealed.

Chat Violations (Spam | Character Spam | Chat Flood)

This rule ensures that chat remains clean and prevents disruptive behavior. Chat violations include sending repeated or spam messages, flooding the chat with characters or text, using excessive capital letters, and encouraging others to do the same. Players should avoid bypassing chat filters using symbols, spaces, or alternative spellings.

Disrupting Chat/General Toxicity

The server’s chat is meant for positive communication. Creating drama, spreading rumors, making passive-aggressive comments, or encouraging others to break rules detracts from the atmosphere. In the case of toxicity intended to harm, harass, or hurt others will not be tolerated.

Non-English Chatting

Public chat should be in English for consistent moderation and communication. Players are welcome to use other languages in private messages or personal channels.

Excessive Swearing

Swearing is allowed in moderation, but excessive or offensive language aimed at other players will be punished. Using offensive language repeatedly with the intention to harm or provoke others will result in escalating consequences.

Inappropriate Usernames, Names, Skins, or Profile Pictures

All usernames, profile pictures, skins, or custom tags should be appropriate and safe for all audiences. Any content that is NSFW, offensive, or violates server rules will be met with a ban giving you time to change said content.

Discussing Punishments

Punishments should not be discussed in public channels if you are trying to cause issues. If you have concerns or feel a punishment was unfair, use the appropriate appeal channels to avoid creating drama or confusion.

MODERATE PUNISHMENT RULES

Moderate offenses negatively affect other players or the community and can disrupt the enjoyment of the game for others. Any punishments under this section can be appealed.

Advertising and Self-Promotion

Promoting other servers, services, or personal social media accounts is not allowed. This includes public chat and private messages. Any links deemed suspicious by staff will be removed to protect players from potential scams or harmful content.

Scamming (Includes Auction House and Trades)

Scamming other players through trades or the auction house is prohibited. This includes making false promises, using server systems to deceive others, or refusing to fulfill trade agreements. Make sure all deals are conducted fairly and transparently.

Griefing/Stealing

Destroying or modifying another player’s build or stealing items without permission is a serious offense. Respect other players’ creations and belongings. Any attempt to interfere with another player’s building plans will be punished accordingly.

  3. 14 Day Temporary Ban

Teleport Trapping

Luring players into deadly situations using teleport commands is not allowed. Any traps that result in unfair deaths or loss of items will result in punishment.

Inappropriate Builds

Building offensive, inappropriate, or NSFW structures is strictly prohibited. All builds must be suitable for a general audience. Inappropriate structures will be removed immediately, and the player responsible will face penalties.

Triggering Topics

Avoid discussing sensitive topics such as sexual abuse, rape, or using disability slurs. These subjects are inappropriate and could cause harm or discomfort to others.

Hate Speech & Discrimination

Any form of hate speech or discriminatory content, including racism, homophobia, or transphobia, is not tolerated. This rule helps maintain an inclusive and respectful environment for all players.

  3. Permanent Mute
  4. Permanent Ban

Staff Disrespect/Impersonation

Respect for staff members is essential. Disrespecting or pretending to be a staff member will not be tolerated. If you have disagreements with staff decisions, file a formal complaint rather than escalate the issue.

MAJOR PUNISHMENT RULES

Major offenses are serious violations that impact the safety, security, or fairness of the server. These offenses will lead to immediate bans or severe penalties. Any punishments under this section can be appealed.

Exploiting Bugs and Duplication Glitches

Abusing any form of bug, glitch, loophole, or exploit—such as duplicating items or altering gameplay mechanics to gain an unfair advantage—is strictly prohibited. Players are expected to report any bugs or glitches to staff rather than exploiting them. Failure to do so will result in escalating punishments. Extreme cases will be met with a Permanent Ban upon staff discretion.

Unfair Advantages

Using cheat modifications, macros, or hacks to gain an advantage is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, autoclickers, fast-place scripts, or any modification that alters gameplay.

  3. 30 Day Temporary Ban
  4. Permanent Ban

IRL Scamming

Scamming players in trades that involve real-world money or items will be met with severe punishment. Players affected will be compensated where, when, and if possible.

Sharing or Promoting Hacked Clients

Sharing, promoting, or discussing hacked clients or cheat tools is prohibited. Any attempt to introduce these tools to the server will result in severe punishment.

  2. 30 Day Temporary Ban
  3. Permanent Ban

Lag Machines or Chunk Loaders

Creating machines or structures specifically to cause server crashes or severe lag is prohibited. This includes redstone contraptions that cause lag or any other structure designed to harm server performance.

  2. 30 Day Temporary Ban
  3. Permanent Ban

MISCONDUCT PUNISHMENTS

Misconduct punishments are for extreme cases of malicious behavior that threaten the safety and well-being of the community. Any punishments under this section can be appealed, however, rarely accepted.

Economy Exploitation 

Manipulating, exploiting, or attempting to break the server’s economy through unauthorized means (e.g., exploits, inflation schemes, or item duplication) is strictly prohibited. Such behavior undermines the fairness of the server and negatively impacts all players.

Players are expected to report any bugs or exploits related to the economy immediately to staff. Intentional failure to do so will result in penalties matching the above punishment path. This rule ensures a fair and balanced economy for everyone. One of our biggest concerns is ensuring a long-lasting gameplay. So only playing to break the Economy will not end well for you.

DDoS/DoX Threats and Sharing Personal Information

Threatening to DDoS or dox a player, or sharing someone’s personal information without consent—especially if done to harm or to a severe degree—is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban.

Death Threats

Making death threats or threatening physical harm to another player will lead to an immediate and permanent ban.

Severe Harassment/Bullying

Severe harassment or bullying that goes beyond standard offenses, such as cyberstalking or repeated targeting, will result in strict penalties.

Permanent Bans for Malicious Conduct

Any behavior that severely impacts the server, such as attempting to hack or destroy the server or it’s data, will result in a permanent ban.

Punishment Evasion

Using alternative accounts to bypass temporary or permanent bans, mutes, or other disciplinary actions is strictly prohibited. Attempting to evade punishments undermines the server’s rules and will result in an increased penalty for both the main and alternate accounts.

  1. Matching punishment to the main account and/or escalation to a permanent ban.
